Crispy fried mozzarella

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 red cherry tomatoes
  • 3 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cubes cream cheese
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • Flour mixed with a little water
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Basil sauce


  • METHOD:

    Cut tomatoes in half.

    Arrange two slices of prosciutto on your work space, slightly overlapping each other.
    Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of the prosciutto slice.
    Add a cherry tomato on either side of the cheese.

    Carefully roll it up tightly.

    Dip into flour mixture followed by a coat of panko bread crumbs.

    Deep-fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
    Serve with basil sauce.
