INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
Combine melted butter, olive oil, anchovy paste and garlic, and mix well.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Slice baguette into 1/4-inch thickness.
Spread anchovy garlic sauce on top of the bread, and bake until slightly crispy and golden brown.
Place mounds of shredded cheese in a frying pan and cook until melted.
Place garlic toast on top of the cheese.
Turn off heat.
Once the cheese has hardened a bit, transfer to a plate and serve.

Oh my, was this delicious! I made this last night when I thought company was coming over. They ended up staying home and so I had this amazing all to myself.
